Arke allows the use of mobile devices

arkeWILLEMSTAD – The commercial airline, Arke fly allows its passengers to use a variety of electronic devices, such as phones and tablets, throughout their flight.

This also applies during takeoff and landing. It is important that the devices are in flight mode.

"Small electronic devices like cell phones, e-readers, MP3 players, tablets, and cameras can be used during the flight when they are in flight mode," the airline said in a press release.

Large electronic devices such as laptops and notebooks, and devices that use Bluetooth wireless headsets or keyboards must be off and stowed away during taxiing, takeoff and landing.

These devices can be used at the time when the seatbelt lights are turned off, when all the broadcast reception capabilities are disabled.
