DAE preparing for its new destination: Paramaribo Suriname

WILLEMSTAD – A delegation has left for Suriname which includes planning, marketing & sales and legal. Objectives are to continue visits and conversations with tour operators, travel agents and hotels in Suriname to promote the new service which DAE will start offering on November 19, 2012.

The other object of this mission is to consolidate the agreements with Suriname Airways (SA). It is the intention and desire of the two parties to work as close as possible for the development of this new destination and to expand the cooperation between the two airlines.

DAE has offered to SA a very flexible interline agreement whereby they have now available to them free access to DAE’s inventory and seats not only on the Paramaribo – Curacao flight but on all the other flights operated by DAE.

DAE has made the request to SA for reciprocal on their routes. DAE’s main objective is to unite efforts, marketing, resources, destinations and seat inventory of the two airlines where both will benefit in a win-win situation and whereby both countries could benefit. This agreement and united efforts bring extra seats and flight frequencies to the economy of both Suriname and Curacao.
