Letter from a DAE pilot to his colleagues

DAEDear colleagues,

I want to share this writing with you because I know that each one of us do care about DAE and its future. But we have to be realistic somewhere in life. That's what makes life a challenge and interesting.

If tomorrow DAE becomes history, we must be proud of ourself because:
1. We showed respect;
2. We showed patience;
3. We showed consideration;
4. We showed care;
5. We showed high level of professionalism;
6. We showed loyalty;
7. We showed honesty;
8. We showed determination;
9. We showed perseverance;
10. We showed hope;
11. We showed teamwork; and

We showed that WE believed in DAE;

BUT,

We don't deserve to be:
1. Disrespected;
2. Manipulated;
3. Misused;
4. Right-less;
5. Mistreated;
6. Screamed out like an animal;
7. Abused in any way;
8. Restricted in our rights;
9. Forced to act against our fundamentals;
10. Forced to act against our norms, values and culture;

If I am wrong, please correct me. But everyone has their own limits. We have been pushed in a dark corner by the ones that have put their personal needs before us. We have never been treated with respect and with mutual understandings. But it's not our fault, it's ok, we did a good job. Don't expect them to tell you anything now, because they never cared.
Remember that everything happens for a reason. The best is yet to come and you will not be just a number anymore. We have learned our lesson and it's time to accept the reality. We pray for the best, we keep hoping, but it doesn't mean that we have to overlook optimism and reality.

“History is always written by the winners. When two cultures clash, the loser is obliterated, and the winner writes the history books-books which glorify their own cause and disparage the conquered foe. As Napoleon once said, 'What is history, but a fable agreed upon .......????” ― Dan Brown, The Da Vinci Code

When enough really becomes enough,
1. We need soldiers;
2. We need courage;
3. We need to fight for our rights;
4. We need to take over;
5. We need to be together as one;

Thanks for reading.
