Man writes epic airline complaint letter

A man has penned an airline complaint letter so funny that it has grabbed the attention of Virgin boss Sir Richard Branson.

Branson, who received what became known as the world's best airline complaint letter back in 2009, which called the food a "culinary journey of hell", said he was "tickled" to see another brilliant note.

He used the letter as a reminder to other airlines to listen to their customers - and be able to laugh at themselves.

The letter was written by Arthur Hicks to Caribbean airline LIAT, which has a partnership with Branson's Virgin Atlantic.
