Curacao and Sint Maarten discuss Central Bank

Central BankWILLEMSTAD - The Prime Ministers and Ministers of Finance of Curaçao and Sint Maarten are meeting today for a consultation on the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten (CBCS). The countries will bring their fiscal and monetary policies in question.

The Dutch Caribbean countries will discuss if they need to split or that the current situation is maintained. They will also look at the division of property. Finally, the dollarization in St. Maarten will also be discussed.

Tomorrow both Curaçao and St. Maarten delegation will travel to Aruba to attend the Kingdom Conference. One of the main items on the agenda is the rights of the child.
