Dutch Caribbean Trade Mission in Eindhoven, The Netherlands

WILLEMSTAD - What is the link between sustainability, the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean? More then you would think. It is the key question of the trade mission that InterExpo and Tanja Fraai are organizing.`

The trade mission will include a conference and matchmaking session where parties can effectively get to know eachother. The event will take place on November 28 and 29 in the ART Hotel in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

The 16th Congress and Trade Mission focuses on "Developing Sustainable Business Between Companies of the Dutch Caribbean and the Netherlands." During the conference a total of twenty five speakers will focus on the theme of sustainability from different perspectives including politics, the economy, health care or social issues.

Wilbert Stolte, National Representative for Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius will reflect on the new status of the three islands and will talk about the future of the ties with the Netherlands. Peter Batenburg, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Catharina Hospital of Eindhoven, will describe the cooperation between his hospital and the St. Elisabeth Hospital in Curaçao. Specifically he will highlighy how the two partners can bring cardiac care to a higher level.

In addition, attention will be paid to the tax legislation of all six islands that together form the Dutch Caribbean.
