Operations in the Refinery could come to a halt

WILLEMSTAD – Operations at Isla refinery could come to a complete halt. This was reported by Kenneth Gijsbertha, spokesman for the Refinery. According to Gijsbertha there are problems with the cat cracker, since it depends on the  BOO central. The BOO has long been out of use.

The repairs to the BOO, according to Gijsbertha, are not going according to plan. "The total loss of the refinery, has surpassed the 80 million dollars already," said the spokesman. "We hope for a quick solution, but we are counting on that the operations will soon be completely halted." Gijsbertha says that there will not be of shortage of fuels, because there are enough reserves.
