Rotary Lecture: Customers as your ambassadors, by Aris van Bijsterveldt
WILLEMSTAD - Which company doesn’t want their customers lining up at the door when a new service or product is introduced? This happens every time the next I-phone is launched. Consumers want reliable products and services from reliable suppliers. Just as it should. As a customer you want to know exactly what you can expect from a product or service and you want what has been promised to become reality. This has always been a universal need of customers. This kind of reliability however, seems to be rare.
The Rotary Club Willemstad lecture will be given by Aris van Bijsterveldt, an expert in the field of operational excellence. How Curaçao businesses can personalize this characteristic and strengthen their position. The lecture will focus on how a common vision, when translated into practice daily, leads to more engaged employees and better results with customers. Aris van Bijsterveldt will highlight the hospitality and financial sectors in particular during his lecture.
Aris van Bijsterveldt is co-author of the ‘Operational Excellence Framework’ and he clearly shows how organizations can successfully (re)gain their customers’ trust. Van Bijsterveldt is also the author of the book Operational Excellence 3.0; Excel in Reliability and he advises Marriott, Delta Lloyd, ING, Atos Benelux, the Chocolate Company, Scholten Awater and ENNIA, among others.
