CNSJF: Despite many setbacks, still a success
WILLEMSTAD - The seventh edition of the Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival (CNSJ) is over. According to one of the organizers, Percy Pinedo the festival had faced several setbacks, but it was still a success.
It started when Melody Gardot canceled because of fear to contract zika. Then Burt Bacharach canceled his appearance because of a broken arm. Just before the festival, there was the uncertainty whether Chris Brown could still perform or not. He was arrested for threatening with a firearm.
The organizers will evaluate the festival this week.
