HBO Latin America changes its image
MIAMI – HBO, the Pay TV channel that offers the best premium content in the region, launched today a new look & feel for its core channel and digital platforms in Latin America and the Caribbean.
HBO, which will celebrate 25 years in the region in 2016, provides audiences with the best Premiumentertainment through its exclusive original series, Hollywood blockbuster premieres and innovative documentaries. The design symbolizes the qualities that have positioned the channel as a leader in the entertainment industry.
Inspired by the latest digital trends, the new general design and aesthetic highlight the principal values that distinguish HBO: vision, innovation, sophistication, and quality. The graphics illustrate the channel’s evolution alongside emerging tendencies.
“The new design reflects HBO’s leadership in the entertainment industry as we adapt to trends brought on by technological developments,” stated Gustavo Grossmann, Corporate Vice President of Networks at HBO Latin America. “The best content in Latin America will now be accompanied by the best look & feel, fostering a strong connection with the public,” he added.
The image change will debut on HBO’s core channel and the new paid online service, HBO GO, upon its launch throughout the region. The graphics will not affect the brand logos.
The graphics were a collaborative effort amongst teams in Miami, Buenos Aires, and Caracas. The design and execution were carried out by the studio, Plenty, and the audio production was realized by the studio Pararrayos.
