Homage to Wladimir ‘Coco’ Balentien in Japan

Wladimir BalentienWILLEMSTAD – The Curacao baseball start, Wladimir Balentien, alias Coco, was honored yesterday by the Government of Curacao after his team, Tokyo Swallows won from their rival Yomiuri with a score of 10-3 in Tokyo. Balentien is considered the Homerun King by the Nippon Professional Baseball in Japan for his amazing performance this year.

This is the second homage to the baseball player this week. He was also the guest of honor during a reception at the Dutch Embassy in Tokyo.
