Power failure paralyzes PDVSA refinery in Curacao – the blackout affected the entire island
WILLEMSTAD – A power outage knocked out services on Sunday at the Isla refinery, operated by the state-owned Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) in Curacao, workers of that facility, which processes up to 335,000 barrels per day (b / d) of oil, told the media.
The power outage, which began to be reversed, affected the entire island, including the plant that provides industrial services like water, electricity and steam to the refinery.
