DAE’s staff to enforce salary through court

DAEWILLEMSTAD – A group of about twenty employees from the local airline Dutch Antilles Express (DAE) will take their case to court today. This is according to Peter Huisman who is part of the group. This group wants to enforce payment of their salary through the court. The employees have not received their salaries for the month of July and August of this year.

As it is already known, DAE is having serious financial problems and is unable to pay its creditors nor its employees. The session begins at 10.30am. The case will be held behind closed doors because of the sensitive business information that will be discussed.
