Fonseca transferred because of gang war
WILLEMSTAD - Burney Fonseca was brought to safety in the Netherlands. Nini, as he is also called, is a suspect in the case Maximus, which is the investigation into the intellectual authors of the murder of former politician and Member of Parliament in Curaçao, Helmin Wiels.
Nini was being held in the detention center of the police station at Barber. According to the Public Prosecution his transfer to the Netherlands has to do with the recent shootings and killings between the No Limit Soldiers from Koraalspecht where Nini belongs, and the Buena Vista City Gang.
The Prosecution has already lost two of the suspects in the case Magnus, which was the investigation into the executors of the killing of the former political leader. They are not ready to lose another suspect.
