OM demands 12 years against ‘apostle’ Balentina for sexual abuse

The Public Prosecutor has demanded 12 years in prison and 15 years of disqualification from the profession as a church leader. Unlike the first lawsuit, Balentina did make some statements this time. He denied any accusation.

The statements made by the victims revealed that bribery had been committed, but also forced termination of pregnancies after it had become apparent that they had become pregnant because of the sexual abuse.
