Suspect A.W. released again
WILLEMSTAD - The woman A. W., who was arrested last Friday as a suspect in the case Maximus, which is the investigation into the principles of the murder of politician Helmin Wiels, is free again. This is according to a report from the Public Prosecutor (OM).
Her arrest on Friday was ordered by the deputy public prosecutor. The detention was for a period of a maximum of two times 24 hours.
It appeared that this was not necessary; A.W. was released on Saturday afternoon at 14:00. This was also ordered by the deputy public prosecutor. This does not mean that she is not a suspect. A. W. is still a suspect in the investigation into the intellectual perpetrators.
What exactly is she suspected of is not clear. The spokesman of the prosecutor, Norman Serphos, is not authorized to say.
A.W. is related to the Member of Parliament, Elmer ‘Kade’ Wilsoe, a member of the ruling party Pueblo Soberano.
