Woman pays with counterfeit money at State Lottery

fakeWILLEMSTAD - Police held a woman at the State Lottery in Otrabanda, who wanted to pay with counterfeit money. The woman stood at the counter of the office and wanted to buy lottery tickets. When paying, the clerk noted that the 100 guilder note that the woman wanted to pay with was fake.

The woman told the police that she sells lottery tickets along the way. The money that she had earned, she exchanged for a larger bills and that is where the problem started. The woman says that she was not aware of the fake bill. The Police have arrested the woman and took her into custody for further questioning.
