A special Valentine’s day at CIBC FirstCaribbean

“Managing Director, Customer Service Management & Strategy, Trevor Torzsas, has announced that the bank will be hosting its largest Customer Appreciation effort to date, with an event at every one of its branches across the Caribbean on February 14, 2013.”

“We have been reviewing our customer services strategy over the past nine months with great emphasis on listening to and learning from our customers, particularly through the social media, our customer service channels and other opportunities we have had to interact with our customers.

“We continue to use this feedback to improve the way we do business.  In particular we have been looking at ways to provide greater value and this has been paying off tremendously with the introduction of new products such as our Visa Rewards credit cards.”

“This is our way of saying thank you to our customers for making us their preferred financial institution and growing with us through the years. Our customers are fiercely loyal, and we wanted to do something special for them in this season of giving and appreciation”,   noted Daniel Farmer, Managing Director for Retail Banking, who has responsibility for all the bank’s branches across the region.

Managing Director Dutch Caribbean, Pim van der Burg, encourages customers to come into the branch on February 14th to meet the customer facing team face-to-face. He added: “As a relationship bank, we want our customers to get to know the team at their home branch.

“We’ve recently embarked on an initiative around the region where we’ve gone out into the community to visit our customers. We are now inviting them to visit us to continue the conversation about the financial solutions they may be thinking of for now and for the future. We want our customers to know that we’re here to work with them to find the right solutions that will help them achieve what matters to them in life.”
