AVA Airways establishes relations with Colombia
WILLEMSTAD -- Currently there is a group of Colombian business owners in Curaçao. Representatives of the aviation company that is still awaiting its economic permit, AVA Airways has met with this group where they discussed the possibilities for business between Curaçao and Colombia. Among those present in Curaçao are the President of the Colombo Centro American Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Camilo Acevedo Rojas.
During this meeting that took place between Rojas and the two representatives of AVA Airways, Giovanni Atalita and Olivier Arrindel, they agreed that Rojas will represent the airline in Colombia. He will begin to examine the process of contacting the Government and the private sector for AVA to get into the Colombian market.
According to the representatives of the airline, while they are waiting for the decision of the government to grant them the economic permit, as a legitimate and established company in Curaçao, they will continue with the process of preparation for the moment the company receives its permits.
