CIBC FirstCaribbean pampered its clients on valentine’s day

First Caribbean BankWILLEMSTAD – Clients are always cherished at CIBC FirstCaribbean but this year took Valentine’s Day to pamper all clients that visited the bank.   CIBC FirstCaribbean’s clients all across the region were in for unforgettable Valentine’s Day this year.

Libia Frans-Hansen, Branch Manager at CIBC FirstCaribbean in Curaçao said: “We took this year’s Valentine’s day to underline again our appreciation and commitment to our clients.  Our customers are fiercely loyal, and we wanted to do something special for them in this season of giving and appreciation.  We truly thank them for making us their preferred financial service.”

CIBC FirstCaribbean has been reviewing its customer services strategy over the past nine months with great emphasis on listening to and learning from its customers.

The bank continues to use this feedback to improve the way CIBC FirstCaribbean do business.  CIBC FirstCaribbean has in particular been looking at ways to provide greater value and this has been paying off tremendously with the introduction of new products such as our Visa Rewards credit cards.”

CIBC FirstCaribbean recently embarked on an initiative around the region where executives of the bank go out into the community to visit their customers. CIBC FirstCaribbean is now inviting the clients to visit the bank to continue the conversation about the financial solutions they may be thinking of for now and for the future.
