CPA will remove and destroy 22 ships
WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao Ports Authority (CPA) will remove as many as 22 ships and destroy them. These ships are in very poor condition and are a direct threat to the environment and the surroundings.
Most vessels do not have a name and the owner is often unknown. Therefore, CPA will first place an advertisement to call on the owners. Two weeks after publication, the vessels are removed and destroyed.
The ships are at Brion North, Parera, Nederex, Bati Panja, Piscadera and the Spanish Water.
