Environmental Department records an increase in floating soot during blackout refinery

WILLEMSTAD – Smoc Foundation: “It's rare that you hear from the former Environmental Department, but last Sunday the island was once again shrouded in black smoke and an employee has apparently been on the road. In the Antilliaanse Dagblad we read: "The Ministry of Nature and Environment, formerly known as Environmental Department recorded an increase in floating particles when the refinery suffered a outage and produces black smoke.  Jair Goncalves of the Ministry confirmed this to the newspaper. "

How did the registration take place? Probably with the naked eye, because..... the equipment used by the government did not register the increase! The graphs shows the measurements of the government (www.luchtmetingencuracao.org): showing no increase of floating particles.

"The department is monitoring the situation closely." The big question is: how? Perhaps Mr. Ben Whiteman could even visit his department. He will be able to register an increase of nonsensical statements.
