It’s nice to see that your visual message is seen and understood.”

The rules of the game

The registered companies are tested based on a business excellence model. D&I Business Support Services use the management model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). This model distinguishes nine special areas of attention in two categories: five organization areas and four result areas. In short, the areas indicate how an organization wants to achieve the desired results and what the organization actually accomplished.
