FLOW launches state-of-the-art video entertainment service

FLOWWILLEMSTAD - Flow introduces FlowTV on Curacao!  This enhanced TV-service brings the latest technology to the customers’ home. New channels, built in recording capability, the latest Video On Demand content and advanced parental controls are just some of the features that every new TV customer will receive.

Flow, the residential brand of Cable & Wireless Communications, unveiled the new service at the Living Expo last week, with live demonstrations at the Flow Lounge. Ian Serrao, managing director at the company for Curacao explains: “The modern trends of video consumption have driven the development of this FlowTV product, the new standard in home video entertainment. Watch what you want when you want. Control what your children see and when they see it. Subscribe to your favorite music, sports, movies or educational programming using only your remote control.”’

Flow will begin demonstrations across the island to unveil the features and benefits this service has to offer. The location of the FlowTV demonstrations will be announced weekly in the newspapers and on social media.

Serrao informs that from September 21st, everyone signing up for FlowTV will automatically get this new service installed at his or her home. “Our legacy TV product will no longer be available. We will however continue to support existing customers on that platform while providing them with the option to upgrade and take advantage of the new FlowTV service which comes standard with additional features like Cloud Video Recording, Video on Demand and Enhanced Parental controls.”

The first FlowTV customer already got her installation and is very pleased with the new service. “With Flow I know what I can expect, the service is very good and the people at Flow are always very friendly and willing to help out and I am glad I can call them 24/7. I am honored to be the first FlowTV customer on Curacao”. Says Shakaira Mulder, the first FlowTV customer, living in Boca Sami.

Customers that want to apply or upgrade to the new FlowTV service can contact Flow’s call center 24/7, visit the office or check the social media pages of the company.
