From April 30 to May 5, 2014 there will be an international party paradise for homosexuals and heterosexuals.

President of the association, Mario Kleinmoedig is not worried about the permits for the event. “The necessary requests were sent to the authorities on time. If there are problems, then we have enough time to fix them and make it work,” according to Kleinmoedig.

The promotion for the Gay Pride 2014 has already started. "We focus first on local promotion, but also on the region and the Netherlands. Curacao Tourism Board (CTB) has already started the promotion in Canada and the United States. FOKO will focus on the Caribbean, "says Kleinmoedig.

The concrete plans for the Gay Pride Kleinmoedig are still not known. Chances are that there is water involved. “After we receive the necessary permits, we will make things concrete. A water spectacle fits well with a tropical island. “Kleinmoedig expected to know more about the permits late next week.
