Get your umbrellas, you will probably need them

Pontjesbrug-regenWILLEMSTAD – According to the Curaçao Meteorological Service, Curaçao and Bonaire will be on the path of a high pressure area, which will dominate the Caribbean this week. This will bring rain with it.

Today it can be very wet. The wind increases with wave heights of 2 and ½ feet. Small boats are advised to remain in port. Yesterday the hurricane season was officially off.

Until June next year there are no more hurricanes or other tropical weather systems expected.
