Green Force wants intervention Minister Whiteman

DumpingWILLEMSTAD – Environmental and recycling organization, Green Force, wants Minister of Health, Environment and Nature, Ben Whiteman  to intervene in the dumping of waste at Coral Tabak. This is what the organization has announced in a press release.

The waste is not only from individuals but also from mini markets  Even medical records of patients treated by a medical laboratory in Salina were dumped. Security Officers and the Environmental Department are always aware of the dumping practices, but do nothing according to Green Force.

Household waste creates unsanitary conditions, and are often set on fire, causing dioxins to be released. Whiteman is requested to act against the dumping, in other areas, such as St. Joris. There is suppose to be a hefty fine for those who commit this act. Green Force threatens the disclosure of companies who refuse to comply with these rules.
