HSK organizes debate on future oil refinery

oil refineryWILLEMSTAD - Fundashon Hustisia Sosial Kòrsou (HSK) (Social Justice Foundation) will debate about the future of the oil refinery Isla tomorrow. The foundation believes that there should be more clarity about the future of the refinery. The contract with the current operator, Venezuelan state company PdVSA, expires in 2019.

“The refinery is important for our economy and should therefore be kept in operation,” the foundation declared. The panelists include MAN MP Charles Cooper, Isla spokesman Kenneth Gijsbertha and former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Isla Oswald van der Dijs. Everyone is welcome to participate in the debate. Registration is from 18:00 in the HSK headquarters in Biesheuvel, Snipweg 79B.
