InselAir puts parts available for Emergency training Hato

Part of aircraft body (fuselage) put on exercise location at the runway for training purposes

InselAirWILLEMSTAD - In preparation of a planned and mandatory Emergency Response Exercise InselAir has made a deregistered InselAir fuselage (part of aircraft body) available. This will provide all stakeholders involved in the exercise, such as CAP, Hato Fire and Rescue, Red Cross, local police and Curacao Civil Aviation Authorities, a realistic simulation of a possible emergency scenario. InselAir works with all parties involved in the field of Safety and Security to optimize the Safety and Security of staff and passengers in and around the airport. 'That is why we immediately responded to the request of the organizing committee and had our Maintenance team officially deregister this particular part and put it in the designated area at the end of the runway,' says Edward Heerenveen of InselAir. The part will be only be used for training purposes and will be removed immediately after the full scale emergency exercise has ended around the 19th of October.
