Foundation Run in the Sun
"As a participant in marathons, I noticed that many of us listen to music while running," says Kees van Muiswinkel, chairman and founder of the Foundation Run in the Sun. "But finding modern running songs is very difficult. 'Run for It' is next to last years theme song 'Run in the Sun' by Kuenta I Tambu, another great tune to keep going during the last miles of the race, and I'm sure many runners will recognize themselves in it. We are very grateful to Sherma Rouse and her partners who made the KLM Curacao Marathon Theme Song 2016 possible."
Dolfijn FM Curacao/ Egon Sybrandy
The first copy of 'Run for It' was given to Egon Sybrandy, DJ at Dolfijn FM, by Shirma Rouse's brother, Ronie Rouse, on behalf of Shirma. Dolfijn FM is the official radio partner of the race, and will provide live reporting during the race. Supporters around the world can follow the radio coverage via www.dolfijnfm.com.
