Loyens & Loeff Netherlands Antilles to be incorporated into Baker Tilly Dutch Caribbean
WILLEMSTAD - Loyens & Loeff N.V., attorneys, tax advisers and civil law notaries, has decided to no longer carry out a tax practice on Curaçao and Aruba. As a result, the offices of Loyens & Loeff Netherlands Antilles will be closed. This is the direct result of our local partner, Angel Gomez Osorio, recently stepping down as partner at Loyens & Loeff Netherlands Antilles. He will stay connected with Loyens & Loeff (Netherlands Antilles) B.V. as counsel until the end of the year.
The firm will incorporate its activities on Curaçao and Aruba into Baker Tilly Dutch Caribbean as of 1 July 2015. Transferring Loyens & Loeff Netherlands Antilles’s client files to Baker Tilly Dutch Caribbean ensures that the quality of our professional services to clients is guaranteed.
“We decided as a team that it was in our clients’ best interest to join Baker Tilly Dutch Caribbean” says Anjli Finessi, tax adviser at Loyens & Loeff Netherlands Antilles. Along with her colleagues, Geraldine Josephina, Sita Finessi-Kimatrai and Andrew Corasol, she will be joining Baker Tilly Dutch Caribbean.
