Marriott employees to court
WILLEMSTAD - A group of employees of the Marriott Hotel goes to court. This was recently announced by their lawyer Olga Kostrzweski.
It is a group of 88 employees. They take legal action because they fear that they will not be paid now that the sale of the Marriott is almost complete.
According to the lawyer of the group, the current owner, the Rif Resort, does not want to discuss the issue with them. Previously 59 employees already seized part of the Rif Resort properties. The employees did this because they wanted to know what will happen to their jobs once the hotel is sold. They still don’t have those answers.
