No livestream during appeal Magnus case
WILLEMSTAD - The appeal in the Magnus case cannot be followed via a live stream. The Court hears the appeals on Wednesday, January 28 to Saturday January 31. There will be limited access again. This applies not only to the media, but also to the families and those interested in the case.
This is according to the Public Prosecutor (OM).
The lawsuit May be followed by video in another room that's made available to the public. The judge will rule on February 20.
Magnus is the case against those who executed the murder on the former political leader and Member of Parliament, Helmin Wiels. He was murdered on May 5, 2013.
