Problem UTS solved

UTSWILLEMSTAD – According to the spokesperson of the telecommunication company UTS, the network problem which affected the cellular phones of various users in Curaçao, Bonaire and even Sint Maarten has been resolved.

The spokesperson indicated that both the main network and the backup have crashed. Reason why the backup had crashed was mainly because when the main network was having problems it was during peak hours. The backup was not able to handle it.

UTS technicians have worked long hours to solve this problem. They also analyzed the situation and will take measures to ensure that this network failure doesn’t happen again.

UTS offers its apologies and promises to come with a special campaign for its customers to show their appreciation for their loyalty.
