Sehos recognizes shortage HIV / AIDS inhibitors
WILLEMSTAD – The Saint Elizabeth Hospital (Sehos) recognizes that there is a shortage of medicines in the hospital because of cash flow problems. Yesterday the HIV / AIDS patient association Cura+ sounded the alarm because some of its members were turned away at the pharmacy of the hospitals without their medication.
Sehos says that is not a policy and says that they will investigate why the patients were turned away. According to Cura+ the situation is still unclear, but the problem is now being taken seriously. Sehos promised Cura+ to engage in consultations on the issues.
