TUIfly also suspends cooperation with InselAir
WILLEMSTAD – After the Dutch airline KLM, it’s not TUIfly which suspended its cooperation agreement with the local aviation company InselAir. This was confirmed by TUI spokesperson Petra Cook of Travel Media. The local airline is struggling with flight delays, cancellations and financial problems as a result of a long outstanding claim of 100 million dollars in Venezuela.
InselAir cared for both KLM and Condor interconnections in the Caribbean. KLM decided last week to terminate the codeshare agreement with the company.
“We offer our customers wherever possible, the option to book our own flights, which operate to several islands, and to fly to their final destination,” said TUI. “We are currently rebooking them.”
