US judge: Ansary must make 100 million dollars available to ENNIA

Hushang-Ansary-Ennia-1NEW YORK, WILLEMSTAD - The judge of the US Bankruptcy Court Southern District of New York yesterday ruled that American Hushang Ansary must make $ 100 million available to insurance company ENNIA in Curaçao.

This is a consequence of the lawsuit filed by ENNIA Caribe Holding and other insurance group entities in close cooperation with the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten.

The American court has ruled that Parman International of Ansary must cooperate for ENNIA to be able to have an amount of $ 100 million at its disposal.

This amount is currently on the account of ENNIA Caribe Leven which is at Merrill Lynch.
