Ministers worried about poor communication within coalition

CoalitionWILLEMSTAD - All cabinet ministers have urged the coalition parties to improve communication between the coalition partners and to sign a protocol that regulated the communication between the parties.

Ministers rang the bell in a letter to the coalition partners after they had noticed that the communication was not going well during recent months.

Ministers deplore this situation because it takes away the focus that everyone should have on an effective implementation of the coalition agreement, which was named “Peace, Tranquility and Prosperity”. They make an urgent appeal to all those who are part of the current coalition to reflect and think about how to realize more unity and a behavior, which is according to the agreement signed by the coalition.

The coalition partners must work together peacefully to create the necessary confidence with the aim to attract investments that are important for the island.

The ministers also point out in their letter that the coalition partners have agreed to maintain regular contact with each other, the team of ministers, parliament and the community in general.

To achieve this, the necessary organs and platforms should be set up. It was also agreed to sign a protocol on how to work with each other to promote team spirit and teamwork and to effectively carry out the agenda, which is outlined in the coalition agreement.
