500 guilders fine for not clearing mosquito breeding areas
WILLEMSTAD - "If, after a warning from the Public Health Department, you still do not clean up a mosquito breeding ground in your garden, you can be fined 500 guilders." This was announced by the Minister of Health, Environment and Nature, Ben Whiteman.
