Actions non-teaching staff suspended

Minister-Irene-DickWILLEMSTAD - The actions of the union for non-teaching staff STSK are suspended. The union believes that the strike is no longer needed after the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Irene Dick, invited them for a meeting.

The Minister indicated that for her the actions of the union are incomprehensible. “I see no reason for the strike,” said the Minister to the media. The STSK protested because, according to the union, the Minister did not execute the new agreement.

In a so-called covenant with the Minister, the parties agreed on issues such as holidays and working hours.
