Animal legislation to parliament

giselle-mcwilliamWILLEMSTAD - The Animal Legislation is now back in the offices of Member of Parliament for the coalition party MAN, Giselle Mc William. This is according to the President of the Animal Protection Gregory Berry.

The Advisory Council argued earlier that the budget had to be better specified and certain aspects had to be adjusted. "That happened and it was sent back to Mc William."

After this, the new version must be returned to the Advisory Board before it can go to parliament for a debate. The legislation includes the sterilization of dogs and cats. This should be tackled on a large scale by a team that detects and sterilizes stray dogs to prevent them from reproducing.
