Curaçao representation acquires two national monuments
WILLEMSTAD – The Ministry of General Affairs, Office of the Minister Plenipotentiary of Curaçao has bought two unique monumental buildings in the center of The Hague.
By purchasing this new location, the representation of Curacao adds its former locations, the Wagenaarweg and Badhuisweg together. The national monuments, with a gross floor area of 1,952 m2, are within walking distance of The Hague's shopping district. The buildings have been used for years by the Ambulatory Center for Adults.
Nadorp Bedrijfsmakelaars accompanied the buyer. Amgea Realty Advisors and DTZ advised the seller in peer cooperation in this transaction.
