De Jongh-Elhage wants young party leader PAR

WILLEMSTAD – According to PAR leader Emily de Jongh-Elhage it is highly necessary that the party elects a "new young" leader. That is a conclusion after the election defeat last Friday. De Jongh-Elhage says to accept the results. The party is still big, but it is now time for a change. Even before the elections, the yellow party already tried to involve young people in the party.

Campaign Leader Lyndon Comenencia was busy looking for young people to join the candidates list, but it turns out not to be easy to find people who are talented, but also who can cope with the pressure of politics, according to De Jongh-Elhage. This past weekend member of parliament for PAR, Marilyn Alcala-Walle urged the party to rejuvenate.
