Hodge on February 27 at Parliament Committee

Government CenterWILLEMSTAD – Prime Minister of Curacao, Daniel Hodge, will consult with the Dutch Parliamentary Committee for Kingdom Relations in The Hague on February 27, 2013. This is evident from the Committee agenda, according to the Dutch newspaper Antilliaans Dagblad (AD).

Previously it was known that Hodge will have a short term familiarization visit in Aruba and the Netherlands, but the specifics were not yet published. The consultation of Hodge with the committee will take place behind closed doors. This is in contrast to the conversations the Aruban Prime Minister Mike Eman annually conducts with the committee. According to the AD, it is remarkable that more and more private meetings are scheduled on the agenda of the standing committee. For example, on the day before the audience, Prime Minister Hodge has a consultation with the Minister of Finance of Sint Maarten, Roland Tuitt.
