Information exchange with Curaçao

Skyline The HagueTHE HAGUE, WILLEMSTAD - The Dutch Junior Minister of Finance has made the Memorandum of Understanding between Curaçao and the Netherlands on the exchange of information in tax matters public.

This exchange of information applies, for the first time, to information relating to the calendar year 2015.

This memorandum was published on November 2, 2015 and already entered into force on September 18, 2015.

The memorandum includes categories for the automatic exchange of tax information, such as real estate, dividends, interest, income from self-employment, income from salary, wages and other similar benefits, directors' fees, income of artists and athletes, income from pensions, annuities, social security payments and other similar remuneration paid to students for education and training, other income and personal data in emigration.
