Interim cabinet made many illegal decisions

PisasWILLEMSTAD - During the very short reign of the interim cabinet of Gilmar Pisas, 334 decisions were made of which 180 were investigated and almost half of them did not comply with the law or regulations.

This is the conclusion of the Minister of the Policy, Planning and Government Service Armin Konket derived from a preliminary research. This concerns 49 percent of cases for promotion, 25 percent for appointments and 15 percent for bonuses.

Konket speaks of 'farewell politics' and refers to governments who have to resign soon and in the haste to make decisions without taking into account applicable procedures.
