Liberia-Peters criticizes own coalition
WILLEMSTAD - Former Prime Minister of the Netherlands Antilles, Maria Liberia-Peters criticized the current coalition. Her party, the PNP, is part of this government. According to Liberia-Peters she misses the communication to the population. "People need to know what the government does."
She said during and End of Year program on the radio
“In the late eighties we had weekly information programs of the government, the people were informed of what did the government. What measures were taken and why,” said the former Prime Minister.
According to Liberia-Peters now the government is not communicating with the people. They are just taking measures without explaining them.
