Prime Minister of Curaçao on courtesy visit to Prince Jaime de Bourbon Parma
THE HAGUE, WILLEMSTAD - Recently, the Prime Minister of Curaçao, Dr. Ben Whiteman accompanied by the Minister Plenipotentiary of Curaçao, Ms. Marvelyne Wiels, the bishop of Willemstad, Monsignor Secco Luigino SDB and Pastor Curtis Meris, paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Highness Prince Jaime de Bourbon Parma, Ambassador on behalf of the Dutch government to the Holy See.
Prince Jaime is the second son of Princess Irene and Carlos Hugo. He studied international relations at Brown University (US) and finished it off with a postgraduate study Master in International Economics and Conflict Management at the Johns Hopkins University in America.
In February 2014 HRH Prince Jaime was appointed Dutch ambassador to the Holy See and on July 15, 2014 he was sworn in by King Willem-Alexander as ambassador.
