Rhuggenaath wants rectification Pisas
WILLEMSTAD – Former Minister of Economic Development and the PAR leader, Eugene Rhuggenaath wants a rectification from Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas. The Prime Minister had said that Curaçao is bankrupt, but that turned out to be wrong.
In the final report of the Committee for Financial Supervision (CFT), it states that the financial situation of Curaçao is stable. According to Rhuggenaath, Pisas statements are bad for the economy. Investors lose confidence and will not invest in the island.
