Rip demands life imprisonment for Elvis K.

CourtWILLEMSTAD - Prosecutor Gerrit Rip has just demanded life imprisonment in the lawsuit against Elvis K. According to Rip there is sufficient evidence adduced and K. committed the murder on Helmin Wiels. This also applies to the murders of Raikel Concepcion at Caracasbaai and Lionel Arnaud at Noord Zapateer.

In addition, according to Rip, there is also sufficient evidence for the armed robbery of a money runner. "The defendant is punishable. Human lives are precious. But not for this man. He has committed three murders for money! He allowed himself to be paid as an assassin,” Rip said.
